I just like to thank the 4 Optus staff ive spoken to by telephone . They are obviously sited overseas and definitely not interested whether i remain as an Optus customer .
Ive done my bit and NOT PAYING my bill until its sorted . I at the stage of not caring anymore and say to Optus if its not sorted Take me to court .I have the evidence of your over charging and im really unhappy because i do not like BEING RIPPED off .
Just to warn Optus Customers to check your bill .

I didnt ask you to look into my account with Optus .I just wanted to warn everybody thats contemplating to use Optus to be aware that OPTUS is that OPTUS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT AND THEIR OVERSEAS TELEPHONE STAFF ARE USELESS . ALSI BE AWARE THAT OPTUS OVER CHARGES WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION FOR THE CHARGE ON THE BILL .
OPTUS IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE .
