Have you had a chance to check our Network Status page for any faults or works that may be impacting your service?

If there are no faults or works, I would recommend checking our 5G Home Internet troubleshooting: Poor or no signal support page for troubleshooting steps to improve your internet speeds. 

For 5G Mobile services, please check this page instead.
