5G Nokia fastmile Gateway Red light Flashing

Hi Forumites,

I need some help with my Nokia 5G broadband. Its been working really great for 3 months,

however yesterday we woke up to the Nokia Fastmile tower with the red light flashing and no internet.

We have, reset the tower underneath, disconnected several times, changed locations, all with no avail.

 

If you have any tips or ways you could help please let us know!! What does the red flashing light mean?

@Mike1080  Did you check for an outage?

Click on the link, click mobile outages and enter your postcode.

If there are no outages you need to contact Optus, Please message Optus Support 24/7 from the My Optus app. If you do not have access to the My Optus app you can use social media to contact Optus Support, please send a PM to Optus on  Facebook or a DM on Twitter and include in the message you do not have access to the My Optus app.

I think...... issues like that is sim card related.
