I have seen a similar post, and reset my network settings but that hasn’t solved the problem either. Any other ideas would be appreciated.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Almost 10 days and opts still can’t number stare to my new Apple Watch SE. Was working perfectly with my old network.       <description>&lt;P&gt;My wife and I both switched to Optus (from Telstra) early last year and purchased new iPhone 11's at the same time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are both having the same problem on occasions. Sometimes when we try to answer a call, the call registers as an "unanswered call" after only a couple of rings. However the caller on each occasion has advised that at their end, the phone rang continuously until diverted to VoiceMail even though the call had been terminated (at our end) automatically after a short time. If I try to call back straight away, the original caller states that they are getting an incoming call from our phone even though they are still "connected" on the original call which is still ringing in their ear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently been into the local Optus shop, and the only thing they could suggest is getting a new sim card. This was done but still getting the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this likely to be an Optus Network problem or an iPhone setting working with Optus? We have never had this problem before when we were with Telstra, and have been using different iPhones for years without similar issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think the controls to play and end videos using the Optus sport app could be improved to make the experience better. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;when playing a video you have to hit play, find the button to make full screen by taping the screen and then the full screen button. &amp;nbsp;To end a video you have to wait until it has finished to get the control available and the minimize and then close.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you just have a play full screen button and a close video button. &amp;nbsp;All these extra steps makes watching multiple videos painful and you miss content because the video is shaded until you hit the full screen button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I could have 5 minutes with a UX person to demonstrate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Darren&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am stuck in quarantine at a hotel in melbourne with no wifi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They have given me a Huawei E5577 50G Mass Mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to connect it to my 2019 MacBook Air.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The message I get is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Oooops &amp;nbsp;Somethings not right&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're getting this page when you are trying to connect to the internet, you probably need to recharge or at least get some more date&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have contacted the concierge but they are useless, telling me I need to register first, but can only register if I have a mobile phone with Optus, I don't as I am on Telstra.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea how I can get set up with this dongle ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Iphone 12 constantly dropping network</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a new iphone 12 last week with an eSim. The phone randomly looses its connection to mobile data numerous times a day. I can receive calls but message and internet traffic fail. The only way to reestablish connection is to enable and then disable airplane mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've upgraded to ios 14.3, tried switching to 4G mode only instead of 5G automatic, restarted the phone, reset the phones network setting multiple times and even done a full restore but the drop outs continue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it the phone or the maybe the eSim?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is a major drawback and I'm not sure I will swallow a 4G contract that doesn't offer visual voicemail. I had visual voicemail support in Switzerland for over 5 years. Browsed the forums and product managers only state that it is under development. This was back in 2014 and early 2015. So, I think it needs to be released by now ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please update us on the roadmap. I do consider to leave the two post-paid 50$ contracts if this feature is not available soon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So, I just swapped to Optus after being with telstra for 15 years and have discovered that iPhone visual voicemail is not supported.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I though optus was a full service carrier. After a quick search, it is apparent the Optus has done nothing but say 'we'll look into it' since the launch of the capability a couple of years ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fortunately I am not on a contract and will port out.       <description>&lt;P&gt;To whom it may concern,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At 4:57pm on the 2 December 2020 I received a nuisance call from a person that identified themselves as a member of Telstra and was trying to engage in a conversation regarding alleged unusual activity on my internet connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I am not a customer of Telstra,&amp;nbsp; I was aware that this was a scam call.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Caller Details:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* Caller ID: *****.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Details:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* phone:&amp;nbsp; *****,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* IMEI is *****172 3&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Time Of Call: 4:57pm&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Duration Of Call: 2 minutes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After a 2 minute conversation with scammer I terminated the call,&amp;nbsp; and called the number back. I found that the number was not associated with the original caller.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like someone to investigate the call records to my number at 4:57pm and determine how to stop this from happening again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It is frustrating. The case was escalated but no one has got back to me despite me calling them last week and I was told again someone would contact me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been billed for this service even though I do not have it and want it, that is the reason I purchased the Apple watch.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Something that Android have been doing for several years finally comes to iOS...Widgets!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Apple is introducing new widgets, which have been “totally redesigned” and are now able to be placed on the home screen, where you can arrange them however you want to show short snippets of information from apps or services.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;No more staring at an incoming call&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One update that stood out to me is finally having the option to use my phone whilst someone is calling, the caller won't take up the whole screen, so I can multitask whilst I ghost someone!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Language barriers&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We can't travel anytime soon however the Apple maps have been updated along with the new translate feature! I've tried a few sample words and it seems very articulate.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The translate app uses the Apple Neural Engine introduced from iPhone 8 onwards to recognise, transcribe and translate text so you can communicate with people when you don’t speak the same language.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;What are your thoughts on the anticipated iOS 14 update?
